Here is an EXCELLENT blog written by Raymond Ibrahim discussing the issue of "Casual Hate" that affects the day to day lives of Christians living under Islamic governance. It's not unlike what happened to Jews during the holocaust era whereby they were slowly made to feel as though they truly were inferior.
